Honestly, aside from the friendships i have made on Pownce, i see nothing special about it any more. Between Twitter and FB and my blog, i don't have much time for any other presence tool. I am trying to give Jaiku the benefit of the doubt and give it a try but i don't see the need for it either.
I hate integrated apps; I don't want my friends who are active on Pownce and Twitter to see the same message posted on both. That'd be stupid. I say it'd be better for each person to just choose which they like the best and stick with it.

Pownce isnt even in the same league with Jaiku, which in turn, isn't in the same league with Twitter.

I agree, the pull to 8 different platforms just cant work in the long run, but an integrated app must arise
